Eligibility
Eligibility is based on household size and gross annual household income. For current income limits and maximum allowed rents, use the Housing Search RI button above. The minimum income requirement does not apply to households applying with a housing voucher. Housing Choice Vouchers are encouraged to apply.
Utilities
Dexter Street Commons residents are responsible for electric, water, sewer, and cable utilities. Additional monthly fees may apply for premium parking and pets.

Programs are income- and household size-based. Households must be within income levels to qualify. Minimum income is waived for Housing Choice Voucher holders.
Pre-application forms are required to join waiting lists.
Notification occurs when units become available.
Security deposit is based on credit screening, up to one month's rent.
Leases are offered at 12-month intervals.
